CIVIL LAW
We provide all services of civil law,including contracts, obligations, property law, & real estate as well as damages:
- we negotiate, formulate and assess the trade contracts, also the contracts with international contractors, including e.x.sale and purchase, international trading or production co-operation agreements, tenancy, lease agreement, service, agreement, leasing agreement,transport contracts, etc.

COMPANY LAW
We offer the service of the companies in the trade law, domestic as well as with the foreign capital, which encompasses all the issues that concern their functioning, including:
- creating the companies, their transformations, merges, divisions or liquidations,
- registering the companies in the register of entrepreneurs in National Court Register, and all changes connected with the companies as well as the issues concerning the companies functioning, involving the financial years closure,
- making the articles of association and the companies contracts as well as their changes
- giving advice for capital change and the changes of the company structure in capital
- giving advice for the rights and duties of the shareholders and the equity partners, also concerning international capital shares,
- giving advice concerning the inner functioning of the trade companies,

EMPLOYMENT LEGISLATION
We provide the legal advice in both the individual and collective employment legislation, in that:
- we support the employers in the worker’s issues, and general arguments with the employees
- we draw up and give our opinion on the documents connected with the self-employment, employment contract, contracts connected with giving the employees the employer’s property, documents connected with employment termination
- we draw up and give our opinions on documents connected with the collective employment legislation, working regulations, salary regulations and the employees benefit fund as well as other agreements connected with employment relationships,

BANKRUPTCY LAW
The law firm has been dealing with issues related to bankruptcy law since its inception.
Attorney-at-Law Zbigniew Głodny has been a trustee since 2001. As a trustee and court supervisor, he has conducted dozens of bankruptcy proceedings, both involving the liquidation of the bankrupt’s assets and arrangements with creditors.
In addition to the above, the law firm provides services related to representing creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, filing claims, conducting appeal proceedings within bankruptcy proceedings, and preparing bankruptcy petitions for creditors or debtors.
RESTRUCTURING LAW
The law firm has been dealing with issues related to restructuring law (previously bankruptcy and restructuring law) since its inception.
Attorney-at-Law Zbigniew Głodny has been a restructuring advisor since 2001. As a trustee and court supervisor, he has conducted dozens of bankruptcy proceedings, both involving the liquidation of the bankrupt’s assets and arrangements with creditors.

JUDICIAL, ADMINISTRATIVE, AS WELL AS ARBITRATION PROCEEDING
We represent our Clients in the proceedings in the common court, administrative one, the Supreme Court, and Supreme Administrative Court. We appear in the arbitration court as well as the Court of First Instance of the European Community and the Court of Justice in Luxembourg.
EXECUTION PROCEEDINGS
We offer our clients the service and we support them with the advice in the execution proceedings, when they are either the creditors or debtors.
