There are two experienced legal counsels in our team.
Zbigniew Głodny
Attorney-at-Law
The graduate of Wydział Prawa i Administracji Uniwersytet Śląski (The department of Law and Administration at the Silesian University). He has been the Attorney-at-Law since the beginning of 1999. He has been dealing with bankruptcy proceedings since 2001. He holds a license of restructuring advisor no. 426. He has gained his experience in State Mining Authority in Katowice and in Erst&Young S.A. in Warsaw. He has been running the Law Firm of Attorney-at-Law LEGIS since 2001.
Since 2011 actively involved in the work of the professional attorneys’-at-law association. From 2011 to 2013 a judge of the District Disciplinary Court of the Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law in Katowice. Between 2013 – 2020, treasurer of the Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law in Katowice. Currently the Vice Dean of the Council of the Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law in Katowice.
Lecturer and examiner in attorney-at-law application. Member of committees of final examinations of attorneys-at-law in the field of business law.
Specialisations: bankruptcy law, restructuring law, contracts in business trading, issues of commercial law companies.
Małgorzata Król - Marciniuk
Attorney-at-Law
The graduate of Wydzial Prawa i Administracji Uniwersytet Slaski (The department of Law and Administration at the Silesian University). She graduated in 2002 as one of the top students. The same year she started the attorney-at-law training. The professional experience she had already gained as a student, among others in D. Janczak and Wspolnicy sp.k (limited partnership) – a legal company co-operating with Ernst& Young S.A. (PLC).
In the year 2006 she was signed up in the list of the Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law in Katowice.
Malgorzata Krol- Marciniuk has got a long-standing experience in the legal service of corporation entrepreneur and running the legal proceedings. She specialises in the civil law, individual and collective labour legislation, bankruptcy and reorganisation law, and the commercial law.
She speaks fluent English.
Agnieszka Piechocińska
The administration specialist
She holds a master’s degree in pedagogy and psychology. She has completed administrative studies. She has participated in training sessions, workshops, and conferences to enhance qualifications, including topics such as personal data protection, interpersonal communication, public and media speaking, managerial skills, human resources management, psychosocial aspects of bullying, and assistance to marginalized communities.
Privately, she is a lover of cats, music, and photography
